Attracting Hummingbirds

Step 1
Offer food

Hummingbirds need to eat half their weight in sugar every day, so if you offer them plenty of food you are bound to attract them!

Step 2
Offer water

They are avid bathers! Offer shallow baths, and even sprinklers or misters near your garden.

Step 3
Offer shelter

Feeders and fountains should be located within 8 feet of bushy and shady shrubs.
