Donation Requests
The Farm at Green Village tries to support our local communities as often as possible. Unfortunately, due to the high volume of requests that we receive, we are unable to fulfill every request. We will respond only if we are able to fulfill the request.
Please complete the following form for donation requests. All requests will be considered monthly and you will be notified only if your request has been approved.

Please note: The Farm at Green Village does not fulfill any donation requests during the month of May due to seasonal demand. The Farm at Green Village is also unable to fulfill any plant sale fundraiser requests. We apologize for any inconvenience but there are many other wholesale companies that specialize in these fundraisers.
