Social Media Content Creator – Part-Time

The Farm at Green Village is seeking a creative and reliable Part-Time Social Media Content Creator to help manage and grow our social media presence. This is an onsite-only position, approximately 1–2 days per week.

Responsibilities

• Create engaging photo and video content featuring our plants, products, staff, and seasonal displays.
• Film and edit short-form videos for Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Schedule and publish posts consistently.
• Monitor and respond professionally to comments, messages, and customer questions.
• Develop content that reflects The Farm at Green Village’s brand and seasonal priorities.
• Coordinate with management on promotions, events, new products, and other timely content.
• Maintain a positive, welcoming, and professional online presence.

Qualifications

• Prior experience creating social media content, particularly short-form video.
• Comfortable filming, editing, and producing content independently.
• Experience scheduling and managing social media posts.
• Strong written communication skills and ability to interact professionally with customers online.
• Creative, organized, dependable, and able to work independently.
• Familiarity with Instagram and Facebook required; experience with TikTok or other platforms is a plus.

Schedule: Part-time, approximately 1–2 days per week, up to 14 hours maximum.

Location: Onsite at The Farm at Green Village

Remote Work: This position is not eligible for remote work.

Seasonal Cashier

• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system to process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with their inquiries.
• Upsell products and promotions to enhance the shopping experience and increase sales.
• Maintain a clean and organized checkout area, ensuring that stock is replenished as needed.
• Handle cash, credit, and debit transactions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Experience:

• Previous experience in a customer service position and in providing positive customer experiences.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic retail math skills are advantageous.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, teamwork mentality, and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.

Seasonal Helping Hands-Nursery Labor

Reports to the Helping Hand Supervisor 

• Provide the highest level of customer service to the Farm customers
• Competence in knowing which Farm personnel are needed to assist with customer issues
• Assist customers to their cars helping to unload merchandise when possible
• Maintain boxes, bags and plastic liner rolls for customers packaging
• Remove garbage bags when full and refill. Pick up plastic recyclable container and stack in back inventory area
• Keep selling carts and parking lot neat, organized and stocked
• Assist Merchandiser with setting up displays of merchandise and plants
• Resolve all customer complaints and problems efficiently ensuring client satisfaction
• All other duties as assigned by supervisor
• Starting salary: $16/hour
