Return Policy

Customers may return eligible products within 14 days of purchase for a full cash/credit refund, provided the items meet the return conditions:

  • Items must be returned in original condition (not planted or used, and in its original container with tags).
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required if not purchased under a Retail Rewards Member
  • Items will be refunded at original purchase price.
  • Items returned after the 14 days, and within 30 days, will only be given store credit. After 30 days see our Guarantee Policy.
  • Loyalty Points/Bonus Bucks/Rewards point value based on returned item(s) will be returned to the Retail Rewards Member account after the next posting date.

Exclusions:

  • Coupons are one-time use, have no monetary value and are not returned.
  • Clearance items are not eligible for return.
  • Custom Orders* are not eligible for full return.
  • Items needing pick up by our drivers will incur a delivery fee charge and may incur a 20% restocking fee.
  • Custom Made Orders** are not returnable.

* Custom Orders constitute an item obtained according to customers’ specific requirements rather than the standard and/or in-stock items (trees, perennials and shrubs)

** Custom Made Orders are items hand-made per customer request and are not eligible for return.
