Overview
We are seeking a dedicated houseplant sales person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting customers in houseplant sales, unboxing and pricing houseplant deliveries, as well as maintaining a clean and organized greenhouse.
Responsibilities
  • Assist with daily operations in the greenhouse, including pricing, watering, and maintaining plants.
  • Monitor plant health and identify any issues, such as pests or diseases.
  • Help with inventory management and organization of plants and supplies.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order in the greenhouse and surrounding areas.
  • Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their plant selections and inquiries.
  • Support team members with various tasks as needed.
Skills
  • Passion for plants and horticulture.
  • Previous experience in a greenhouse or similar environment is a plus.
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
  • Team player with a positive attitude.
